PandaSolar Easy Installed No Penetration Solar Flat Roof Mounting Ballast Mounting System

PandaSolar ballasted systems are designed to provide a stable, secure, and cost-effective way to install solar panels on flat or low-slope roofs.The main function of a solar ballasted system is to keep the solar panels in place and prevent them from shifting or sliding during high winds or other weather conditions.

Ballasted solar racks common angle is at 10 degree. The solar front/rear leg system is made of AL6005-T5. It's a Aluminum Solar Mounting Kits without drilling with cement pier foundation. Solar roof mounting bracket is a flexible solution of mounting solar panels not limited by solar panel mounting directions. The design of the wind deflector enhances the stability of the bracket and can adapt to the greater wind speed on the roof. Besides, the whole structure is simple and easy to assemble.

Installation Instructions

 

STEPS1

Place the bottom profile on the ground and attach front leg to the bottom profile.

 

STEPS 2

Attach the rear leg to the bottom profile.

STEP3

The solar panel is fixed to the Ballast Mounting System using solar and solar .

STEP 4

According to the wind speed and snow load of the roof, the corresponding weight of the cements pier is placed on the bottom profile.
