About PandaSolar Solar Panel Ground Screw Mounting Bracket System:
PD-GM-02 is a high cost-effective one pole solar ground mounting solution and suitable for installation in most parts of Europe. Highly pre-assembled bracket is benefit for transportation and installation. There are differences from PV projects, this installation system can be adjusted arbitrarily. For solution design, we need:

• Solar panel specification and layout
• The structure angle
• Min ground clearance
• Max wind speed and snow load

Structural features:
1. HDG single pile +Aluminum(AL-6005-T5) solar pre-assemble rack, High strength and high corrosion resistance

Installation Diagram:

Set the Pole:Firstly, start by digging a hole deep enough to accommodate the pole that will support the entire solar panel array. After placing the pole in the hole, ensure that it is level and straight. Then, fill the hole with concrete and let it dry for a few days.

Install the Beam and Diagonal Support Pole: After the concrete has dried, it's time to install the beam and diagonal support pole. Connect the diagonal support pole to the top of the pole using bolts and nuts. Next, attach the beam to the diagonal support pole and secure it with nuts and bolts.

 

Installing Rails :After the beam and diagonal support pole are in place, attach the rail that will support the solar panels. The rail should be attached to the beam using brackets and bolts. Ensure that the rail is level before moving to the next step.

Installing Solar Panels : Finally, attach the solar panels to the rail using mounting hardware. Make sure that each panel is securely fastened to the rail. After all the panels are attached, connect them in series or parallel, depending on the system's requirements. Then, connect the wiring to the panels and run the wires down the pole.
