About PandaSolar Solar Panel Ground Screw Mounting Bracket System:
The solar ground structure system is mainly made of aluminum alloy(Al-6005-T5),which is suitable for large-scale installation and integration into the power grid, and can also be installed in residential areas for household electricity.

Installing Ground Screws: The first step in installing a ground mount solar system is to install the ground screws. These screws are used to anchor the support structure to the ground. Installation of pre-assembled brackets:Once the ground screws are in place, the support structure can be assembled. Most ground mount solar systems use pre-fabricated support structures that can be assembled on-site. The support structure consists of vertical posts and crossbars that connect the posts. The panels will be mounted on the crossbars.

 

Installing Rails :The next step is to install the rails onto the crossbars. The rails are used to hold the solar panels in place. 

Installing Solar Panels :The final step is to install the solar panels onto the rails. The panels are attached to the rails using clamps.
